So, the world hasn't ended yet. A big, fat, snow storm arrived. #1 son still had to go to work. I haven't finished the baby's new blankie yet, but I found pieces to a sweater I started for #1 son 8 yrs ago. It won't fit him now so I've decided to finish sweater for #3 son. Neck almost done, then sew pieces together, then take picture, then put on #3 son, then take picture, then put in closet till grandchild grows into it. Haha. #3 son might wear it. Who knows?
Made icebox cake tonight. Just like my gramma used to make. Made me miss her soooo much. Glad she taught to make that, everyone loves it. She also taught me to knit. My mom's a lefty and I'm not so mom couldn't teach me, so gramma did. She also taught me how to cook turkey, roast beef, and chicken. Can't make cookies like she did. She never used a receipe and I always use one for cookies. *sigh* Well, back to sweater now.
Don't stress what you can't control. It is what it is. I am what I am.
